Waterfall Tour

On Saturday, we started our driving tour with a visit to Whitewater Falls, followed with a visit to the waterfalls at Gorges State Park where we had lunch in the classroom of the visitor's center. After lunch, we continued our drive to Highlands, where we visited 3 additional waterfalls. After our drive back to The Hampton Inn, a group dinner was held at The Ugly Dog Pub in Cashiers.
On Sunday, we had two options: a hike in Gorges State Park to Rainbow Falls and Turtleback Falls; and a drive to the waterfalls at Dupont State Forest. Several in the group stopped for lunch at the Sierra Nevada Brewery in Asheville before heading home.
