Regional Driver Education Events

It’s time to start making plans for getting out on track, everyone! The Porsche you have cannot be understood on the street, without endangering you, your license and others! So, that is why we have Driver Education (or DE) events. Learn in a controlled situation with an experienced instructor in a track environment. You and your Porsche will love it! We’ll be having an introduction to VIR Full session on February 20th.  So, if you’re planning on or thinking about being at the PCA Region 2 DE at VIR March 18-20, then this is a perfect way to get warmed up!

Also, on April 2, in conjunction with First Saturday at Southpoint, we will have a “So, you REALLY want to DRIVE?” tech session. For those interested in Driver Education events at tracks in the region, we will provide all you need to know about driver and car preparation, what it will be like and what you will learn. So please plan to join us.

​In the meantime, you'll find HPDE events listed in the CALENDAR.  These DE events are within one day’s drive of Raleigh. A few autocross events are also listed.

If you want to search the main registration sites yourself, these are the ones that are most helpful.   MS and CR hold information for most everything being done nationally.   But Chin and HoD require registration on their own sites:
